Viva Credit with a prestigious award for employer branding at b2b Media Awards 2020

Viva Credit won third place in the category “Innovative campaign for an employer brand” at b2b Media Awards 2020. The internal campaign to discover and promote talent, Viva Stars, deservedly impressed the jury of the competition, in which prizes were won by companies such as UBB, DZI, UniCredit,  Bulbank, First Investment Bank, Postbank, TBI Bank, A1, Telenor, Kaufland Bulgaria, Lidl Bulgaria, Fantastico, bTV and many other leading companies on the Bulgarian market.
As part of the culture of a responsible company that seeks to provide opportunities for development, expansion of knowledge and skills, capacity building and performance of all colleagues, Viva Credit has successfully implemented an innovative internal talent management campaign – Viva Stars. The created platform evaluates and stimulates the initiative, alertness and creativity of all employees. The campaign additionally serves to identify key talents in various fields and their further development within Viva Credit. Its purpose is to stimulate colleagues to think outside their specific work and tasks, to challenge themselves and to share and develop their ideas. Since the creation of Viva Stars, dozens of successful projects have been implemented, which are already an integral part of the company’s processes – from initiatives for the benefit of employees through improving the customer experience to developing new products and optimizing processes.

For another year, the b2b Media Awards competition has showcased the best entrepreneurs, the most innovative companies, the most sustainable employer branding programs, as well as socially responsible campaigns that use innovative thinking to achieve significant results. Traditionally, the jury evaluates on criteria such as sustainable and innovative behavior in unusual situations, originality of ideas and approaches to overcoming difficulties, implementation efficiency, innovation in terms of positioning products and services, as well as innovation in the way of their communication.
