In early June, Easy Credit took part in the 20th anniversary edition of the Festival of the Bulgarian Association of Communication Agencies (BACA). It joined the initiative with the first two videos of the “Good Loans, Good Friends” campaign, and the digital activation “Where is My Money?”
Together with advertising agency Saatchi&Saatchi Easy Credit was distinguished in BACA’s most contested categories – it won silver in the Campaign-Services category, where nobody won gold. The silver prize was shared with the Ministry of Tourism’s campaign aimed to attract British tourists in Bulgaria. The second category where Easy Credit and Saatchi&Saatchi won the bronze was TV Ad and Cinema Ad-Services. Nobody won silver in this category, and the gold went to Bank DSK.
During the three-day festival the best communication campaigns for last year were reviewed and evaluated, inspiring speakers shared their experience, while representatives of advertising agencies and market departments were able to exchange experience and … toasts!

Home Collected Crediting segment lays on the implementation of personal approach by establishing personal relationships with clients, which results in better credit scoring and customer loyalty.
The operating process of this segment includes the identification and training of a large number of socially committed credit officers, called Credit Consultants (CC); reaching out to groups of low income people that are potentially creditworthy; identifying and assessing of customers’ projects and needs in collaboration with CC; finding the proper solution for the customers according to their credit scoring; providing personal assistance and consultancy; and following up on supervision and collection.
In general, Credit Consultants visit current and potential clients for credit consultancy and disbursement as well as for collection of installments.
