For our most promising new project, we are looking for Risk and Compliance Analyst. The new opportunity is in the booming fintech sector, in the peer to peer investments domain. Our project incorporates social lending and crowdfunding via technological platform that is revolutionizing the way we think about finance in Europe.

Our team is growing and now we have a new opening for the position of Risk and Compliance Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for initial and ongoing due diligence reviews for loans originators performance and identifying unusual patterns and trends;
• Complete detailed questionable activity reporting;
• Responsible for monitoring originators activity: transactions, returns, trend analysis;
• Ensure complete and appropriate documentation is maintained;
• Collect, compile, and present research and analysis findings;
• Monitor and review origination processing to ensure originator compliance with company’s policies and procedures;
• Research originator activity to identify potential third party risks;
• Ensure compliance with risk management policies, procedures and programs;
• Responsible for performing risk analysis as it relates to the above monitoring;
• Actively ensure compliance with the company’s business standards of conduct and all national and European regulatory and compliance policies and procedures;
• Write comprehensive operational due diligence reports and present detailed results, findings and recommendations to support conclusions.

Skills and requirements:

• Requires a minimum of 1+ year of experience in risk or compliance management, auditing, finance or related field;
• Knowledge of risk analysis, examination, compliance, financial analysis and auditing;
• Knowledge of operational due diligence and research;
• Knowledge of risk measures;
• Knowledge of national and European financial regulations;
• Advance knowledge level of Excel;
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements, professional accounting standards, trading policies, contracts, agreements, industry publications and reports;
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting.
