Iuvo was launched in July 2016 as a P2P platform, which allows its users to invest their funds in already granted loans by lending companies (originators). The investors generate a motivating profit and the companies get additional financing to expand their business.

We are a group of young entrepreneurs who wish to re-define the way people manage their money, invest and get access to credit. Our team consists of experts in the financial services, consulting, and IT industries with a great passion for innovation. As we are growing, we have an opening for a Project Manager. We are looking for a motivated professional who will have a leading role into managing and realizing various projects that are key for the future of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Project manager you will take over the responsibility for delivering projects, demonstrating the following skills:
  • Oversee, drive, and ultimately be accountable for the development and execution of project management processes to ensure delivery of project scope on time and within budget while meeting business objectives, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Managing project timelines, milestones, deliverables. Empowering teams to deliver by removing blockers, mitigating risk and being a proactive force in the delivery lifecycle. Organizes and supports the work of the technical team to achieve the set goals.
  • Establishes project scope by studying business drivers. Discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters. Obtaining input from subject-matter experts.
  • Develops solutions by formulating objectives, planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability and application, leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of project solutions.
  • Support the implementation of IT solutions by monitoring project progress, tracking action items, conducting design and implementation reviews, examining, researching, and resolving issues, escalating issues to appropriate authority. Responding to team members’ concerns and coordinating requirements with interested departments.
  • Maintaining project and technical documentation.
  • Provides project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Partners with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve the goals of the company.
  • Open and continuous communication with the stakeholders to plan resource requirements and allocations for the current and future projects pipeline. Adjusting project scope, timing, and budgets as needed.
  • Provides proactive input into the continual improvement of processes and solutions. Examining and recommending changes to current business practices. Developing and writing proposals.

Skills and requirements:

  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Relevant higher education – Economics, Finance, Technical or related.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, project plans, project management methodologies, and terminology gained ideally through relevant work experience.
  • Ability to deliver successful and timely implementation projects with a proven track record.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple small, medium, and large-scale projects.
  • Ability to set priorities, self-confidence to push back on scope creep, unreasonable or irrelevant requests, and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to make focused decisions, solve challenging business/technology problems on time, think creatively, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal) and presentation skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
