We are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to lead our Group Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Heads and leads a professional, highly productive Group Marketing team consisting of a Brand and Social Media Manager, Group Digital Marketing Manager, Group PR and Internal Communications Manager and a Graphic Designer;
  • Ensures a timely delivery of a monthly marketing reporting from all MFG companies;
  • Analyses results from monthly marketing reports and ensures that all Group Marketing policies are adequately implemented;
  • Initiates monthly meetings with marketing teams in the group;
  • Responsible for planning, budgeting and implementation of all annual group marketing, PR and CSR initiatives within budget limits;
  • Monitors the development of local and international brands of the group and ensures their proper positioning, communication and strategic development;
  • Leads the process of positioning of new brands within the group in compliance with Group Marketing long-term strategy and expansion plans;
  • Supports and monitors the development of an annual marketing and communication strategy, plan and budget for all new brands in the group by coordinating with respective company marketing experts;
  • Researches and evaluates the market dynamics, local specifics and segments of target groups and markets;
  • Proactively suggests adequate communication strategies and / or tactical campaigns during the monthly meetings with the company’s marketing colleagues;
  • Plans and implements various surveys and researches: omnibus surveys for brand awareness; customer loyalty & satisfaction surveys; NBFI market evaluation survey, оther ad-hoc researches related to new brand and product positioning;
  • Organizes and conducts quarterly extended board marketing meetings to share good practices between companies within the Group;
  • Takes active role in selection of creative agencies for all brands, BTL agencies, media agency, digital agencies and all other marketing related suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field;
  • 5+ years of related B2C marketing experience with demonstrated track record of success;
  • 2+ years of marketing team management with ability to operationalize a strategy;
  • A results-driven leader who thinks in terms of ROI, capable of influencing peers and leadership teams;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and an internal motivation that inspires others to do more;
  • Effective project management skills;
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Non-banking financial and/or retail experience will be a plus;
  • Fluent English.
