In the course of our international expansion, we are looking for:
INTERNATIONAL PROJECT COORDINATOR
The Project Coordinator will become part of the international team and report to the head of international operations. The area of responsibility will include research of foreign markets, participation in the set-up of subsidiaries, preparation for start of operations and involvement in the operations of the foreign offices. The position involves dealing with legal, IT and operational issues. The Project Coordinator will be based in Sofia, but the job requires travelling abroad.

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English language.
• Preference will be given to applicants with past international exposure, i.e. who have worked or studied abroad, including Erasmus exchange programs.
• University education in the field of Business Administration, Economics or Finance at Sofia University or American University in Bulgaria with completed at least 3 years.
• Ability to plan and meet deadlines.
• Any work experience in the financial services industry is welcome but not required.
• Researches foreign markets in order to identify best practices and expansion targets.
• Coordinates projects for the set-up of foreign subsidiaries, involving cross-departmental communication.
• Coordinates projects for introduction of new business processes in existing businesses.
• Maintains relationships with external accountants, legal advisors, IT service providers and existing foreign subsidiaries.
• Develops internal procedures for the operational departments of the subsidiaries.

Home Collected Crediting segment lays on the implementation of personal approach by establishing personal relationships with clients, which results in better credit scoring and customer loyalty.
The operating process of this segment includes the identification and training of a large number of socially committed credit officers, called Credit Consultants (CC); reaching out to groups of low income people that are potentially creditworthy; identifying and assessing of customers’ projects and needs in collaboration with CC; finding the proper solution for the customers according to their credit scoring; providing personal assistance and consultancy; and following up on supervision and collection.
In general, Credit Consultants visit current and potential clients for credit consultancy and disbursement as well as for collection of installments.
