HR Generalist / HR Project Manager (Temporary Assignment)

We are looking for a HR Generalist / HR Project Manager to join our Group HR team as a temporary assignment for up to 24 months and implement various human resources programs, procedures and best practices.

Job description:

  • Improves and implements existing policies and programs for onboarding, training, development, attracting and retaining talent in line with the business needs;
  • Works on employee engagement initiatives;
  • Collaborates with Group Marketing team for employer branding and brand awareness initiatives;
  • Develops and manages succession planning programs in the organization;
  • Implements useful HR metrics for different HR reporting needs;
  • Assists the Group HR manager in the analysis of the local HR processes in the companies abroad.


  • 5+ years of HR experience as HR Generalist, HR Business partner, HR Consultant or similar roles;
  • Track record of demonstrated results in creating and implementing human resource management policies and practices;
  • Experienced in working with mid and senior management;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a dynamic environment continuously delivering with high standard;
  • Familiar with various HR systems and tools;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and in English;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Self-starter, with innovative thinking, flexible and goals-oriented.
