For one of our companies, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participates in the Company recruiting process;
  • Manage onboarding and exit processes;
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals;
  • Actively participates in the management of employee performance process and identifications of training and development needs of employees;
  • Execute all HR related policies, practices and direction from the Company;
  • Act as point of contact for all employees by handling all HR-related matters in a timely manner;
  • Manage a salary plan by conducting periodic salary surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; monitoring and scheduling individual salary actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions;
  • Work closely with HR team members;
  • Support all HR Initiatives, events and benefits program;
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of all employees;
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with all employees;
  • Motivate others to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in the role;
  • Good command of English;
  • People-oriented and results-driven;
  • Excellent leadership skills;
  • Strong decision-making skills;
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
