Role scope:

This role is a great opportunity for fast development of an ambitious candidate through direct work experience with our Group CEO and Board of Managers.
The ideal candidate will gain insights of trends and innovations in the finance industry from the real market, and apply business development best practices across business models and locations.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Assist the Group CEO with internal and external communication (scheduling meetings, phone calls, etc.)
• Assist in the execution of assigned project research and business development activities
• Track progress of plans, budgets, forecasts, calendars, campaigns, etc.
• Gather data to support the business development recommendations
• Perform analytics and measurement
• Help the flow of business development and the addressing of optimization needs
• Coordinate input from the different internal and external stakeholders
• Articulate strategic insight and business development
• Apply understanding of key information and research sources
• Take part in the operational activity in the Group
• Will be provided with the opportunity to own an operational activity project

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (a university degree in Economics or Finance is an advantage)
• Fluency in English is essential (at least C1 level according to CEFR)
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (inc. Excel – able to work with formulas, functions, pivots, etc.) is an advantage
