We have started a new fintech project „New Pay“, based on the “buy now, pay later” business model which aims to become the leading player in the region.
Currently the product is in its beta-testing phase and it‘s time for us to support its launch and growth with the best people around.
For our future expansion plans we are looking for a Credit and Collection Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with customers in verbal and written form to obtain payment on outstanding receivables in a timely manner;
  • Strong analytical and research skills to be used for problem solving and dispute resolution;
  • Perform credit analysis on new and existing customers to establish requested credit lines;
  • Ability to recognize when customers are exhibiting cash flow issues and know when to escalate such problems to management / sales rep and business;
  • Takes the necessary action required to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction;
  • Review and ensure that aging invoices are cleared soonest possible time;
  • Provides necessary assistance and resolutions to customers on AR related concerns;
  • Negotiates payment schedules and terms of payment with customers in order to allow for continued shipment of product while eliminating the past due balance;
  • Ensure that all collection strategies have been exhausted prior to sending accounts to 3rd party;
  • Working closely with customers and customer service team to resolve disputes;
  • Perform tasks or projects as assigned by Team Lead.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of Credit & Collection experience;
  • Active and effective listening skills;
  • Team player;
  • Critical thinking skills;
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English;
  • Problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Identify process improvement opportunities;
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
