Brand Manager

Our business is growing and now we have an opening for a Brand Manager to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manages and implements local and international development of assigned brands;
  • Leads brand positioning process for new brands and ensures their compliance to Group Brand Policy;
  • Develops an annual communication strategy, plan and budget for the assigned brands;
  • Plans and implements all ATL and BTL marketing activities for the assigned brands in collaboration with the Digital Marketing department;
  • Works closely with creative and media agencies to ensure meeting of marketing campaigns KPIs;
  • Plans and implements activities to enhance consumer loyalty and satisfaction;
  • Plans and implements activities to prolong customer lifetime value;
  • Ongoing monitoring of brand processes vs performance objectives;
  • Participates in marketing research projects;
  • Research and estimate the market dynamics, regional differences and target group segments and propose suitable communication strategies.


  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, PR & Communications or related;
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in marketing department or advertising agency;
  • Experience and passion to further grow outstanding financial brands;
  • Proven analytical skills and proactive creative approach to assigned tasks;
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office and Internet proficiency);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Strong administrative and project management skills.
