Access Finance received its 10th prize for outstanding customer service
The Customer Service Centre of Access Finance was awarded for outstanding service in The LiveHelpNow Challenge in June 2017. Over 10,000 companies accepted the challenge and were graded based on 12 scoring metrics with 50 different criteria, such as visitor volume, operator utilisation and knowledge, responsiveness, average chat time, etc, measuring customer satisfaction from the service.
This is the 10th award of this kind for Access Finance from LiveHelpNow – market leader, providing complex software solutions for customer service.
